This document provides guidance on how to address common pump alarms and error messages including:
- NO FOOD Alarm: Explaining how to resolve air in the tubing or an empty delivery set bag.
- LOAD SET Alarm: Providing clear steps for proper cassette loading and securing the door.
- NO FLOW IN / NO FLOW OUT Alarms: Offering troubleshooting for blockages in the set.
- Pump Charging Issues: Helping you check connections, wall outlets, and potential hardware damage.
- ER01 – ER99 Alarms: Guidance on resolving self-test failures.
